Our leasing office is located in building 15 across from the fitness center and can be accessed by buzzing into the front door or by entering through the side entrance at the corner of Wallace RD. and Barrington Court.
Nothing is included in the base monthly rent. Utilities like sewer, gas, electric, and water will be billed separately.
Our four apartment buildings have three floors with no elevators, only stairs to get to the higher floors.
